Global ReLeaf for New Communities Award    
 
This award is conferred jointly by the American Forestry Conservation Group and the National Homebuilders Association. Only 19 Global Releaf Awards have ever been awarded to a developer in the United States. This award was based on the development of approximately 12 acres of "green space" in the 350-acre neighborhood of Dinsmor, as well as Jordan's preservation of as many native trees as possible.
